We own a small portfolio of original stone properties in the Sitia area of eastern Crete.  Our renovations are designed for those who appreciate the charm and history of Cretan village houses, while wanting a home on Crete adapted for modern living.

We have years of experience in renovating this type of property, and our renovations are renowned for their matchless style & finish.

We use only skilled craftsmen to carefully restore much of the original stonework and traditional features of these old Cretan houses, while also updating them to modern standards.  Each property renovation is made to an exceptional standard.

Importantly, all on-site work is closely supervised, so there are no short-cuts taken with the renovation process and no substitution of approved materials.
